Our Policies

By checking the "I Agree to the Terms of Use" box when signing up for an account with Lakes Golf Simulator, all users and their guests agree to the following terms:

• Please respect your facility and your fellow members and guests.  Use common sense.​

• All reservations must be made online.  There are no exceptions to this rule.​

• Customers can not share their PIN with anyone else.  Violation of this policy is grounds for removal and account termination. ​

• Only clean shoes and clubs, and clean balls are allowed on the turf.

• Food and drink are not allowed on the turf at any time.  Keep all food and drink in the carpeted areas.​

• Please clean up after yourself and your group.  Contact management if the facility is messy upon arrival.​

• Metal cleats are prohibited at all times.

• You must swing your club in the designated tee off area, only.  The tee off area is the squared raised mat.

• Only one person allowed in the tee off area.  All others must stay off the turf.​

• Please pay attention.  Clubs and balls moving at a high velocity are dangerous.​

• Assure your range of swing is free from obstacles and people before you swing.​

• Be aware of your backswing and follow through at all times.​

• All swings and shots must be directed at the hitting/projector screen.​

• Be alert of where you stand or walk and stay out of someone’s range of swing.​

• Respect other members' time.  Make it a point to finish up on time.​

• Please report any accidents to management.  In case of emergency, call 911 immediately.​

• Please report any suspicious activity to management immediately.

• Customers are financially responsible for any damage to the facility and/or facility equipment caused by not following the guidelines above or for other reason.  Customers are also financially responsible for any damage caused by their guest(s).

• Lakes Golf Simulator is not responsible for customers’ and guests’ personal property while on the premises, including damage to personal property and or theft.​

• Please abide by the guidelines above to ensure your safety.  Lakes Golf Simulator is not responsible for your safety during a reservation.  Furthermore, Lakes Golf Simulator is not liable for any actions taken by customers or guests while on the premises.​

• Failure, by a customer or their guest(s) to abide by any of the above procedures may result in ejection from the facility and/or cancellation of a membership (if applicable).​

• Lakes Golf Simulator reserves the right to terminate a reservation or a membership at any time, without refund.​​  Customers found in violation of any rule or policy may be banned from the premises.

• Lake Golf Simulator premises is under surveillance at all times.  By agreeing to our terms and conditions, all customers give Lakes Golf Simulator LLC permission to conduct this surveillance for safety and security purposes.
